The HDC-P50A is a POV and system camera — it lives on mounts, in tight positions, and in flight cases between venues. It is also a system body with finished surfaces that mark easily, which is exactly what a generic pluck-foam case fails to protect.
This build is dedicated to the HDC-P50A body and its related components. Ethafoam handles impact, a full foam lid provides vertical retention so the camera cannot lift and settle in transit, and carpeted wheel covers keep hardware off sensitive surfaces. Loose quarter-inch plastic dividers let you reconfigure the accessory space without the camera ever sharing a cavity with it.

Why a full foam lid?
It provides vertical retention — the camera is held down as well as cradled, so it cannot lift and re-seat during transit. That movement, not the initial impact, is what causes most in-transit damage.
Can I reconfigure the accessory space?
Yes. The quarter-inch plastic dividers are loose, so the accessory area can be re-partitioned as your kit changes while the camera well stays fixed.
Will it take the camera with a lens or mount fitted?
This build is cut for the body and its related components. If you need it to travel with a lens, adaptor or mounting plate attached, tell us on the quote and we cut for that configuration.
What’s the lead time, and can you rush it?
Every case is built to order and ships in about 14–21 business days. Rush production is available as a premium by quote when a deadline is tight — tell us your date and we’ll price it.
Do you build these for a fleet?
