A Pelican 1450 with CNC-cut foam for a production mesh radio system — typically a Silvus or Hollyland mesh node, with its antennas, batteries, AC adapter, and the matched Ethernet pigtails. Foam wells are CNC-cut to the radio body, with antennas stored upright in dedicated channels and a cable / connector AKS in the lid.
The 1450 Protector shell is IP67 watertight and crushproof, with automatic pressure equalization, IP67 sealed. CNC-cut polyethylene + cross-linked foam, navy under-color. Built in North Hollywood. To bundle multi-node mesh transport with a router and switch in the same shell, call 818-767-3030.
