A Pelican 1510 carry-on cut for the Teradek Array 4K panel antenna and a 4K Bolt. The panel antenna sits face-protected in its own well with the connectors framed clear, and the Bolt transmitter or receiver gets a contoured pocket alongside, with room for antennas and cabling.

Keeps a wireless video kit carry-on legal and ready. CNC-cut foam, designed and built in our North Hollywood shop at 11555 Cantara Street, Unit I. Call 818-767-3030 to add wells for additional Bolt units or batteries.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
