Precision foam wells, cut from manufacturer dimensions, protect the optical block, focus and iris gears, and PL or EF mount from impact and pressure.
Riveted aluminum extrusion, recessed latches, and a sealed lid give the case ATA-300 Category 1 protection rated for repeated flight and truck shipping. Exterior dimensions are about 17 x 9.5 x 9.25 in, ships at about 15 lb. Made in the USA.
