The IronGlass MKII series is the second-generation rehouse of vintage Soviet cine primes — Helios, MIR, Jupiter, Tair, all rebuilt into modern PL housings with improved focus gearing and consistent front diameter. The MKII line tightened tolerances and standardized the cutout dimensions versus the original IronGlass build. This case carries a 6-lens MKII set.The CNC-cut foam interior profiles each MKII rehoused barrel to the standardized IronGlass MKII housing — consistent across the set regardless of donor lens. Each cutout holds the lens with PL mount facing up for fast deployment. The 6-lens layout uses horizontal loading to keep the case footprint compact.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and reinforced soft-grip handles for two-person lifts. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the MKII barrel.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. For variations with additional MKII focal lengths or for a matched case with both MKI and MKII sets, call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
