The CNC-cut foam interior cradles the lens along its full barrel length, with separate fitted pockets for the servo grip / hand unit, drive cabling, lens support feet, and any AKS the lens travels with.The 40x is one of the longest-range broadcast zooms in active use — heavy, well-balanced, with serious internal complexity and a deep B4 mount. The foam supports the lens across multiple contact points and keeps the load away from the mount.Designed and foamed in North Hollywood by Innerspace Cases.
