The CNC-cut foam interior cradles the lens along its full barrel length, with separate fitted wells for the lens support, focus / iris gear rings, and any AKS the lens travels with.The 180mm S4/i is one of the longest spherical primes in active cinema use — it doesn't fit in the standard S4/i kit case footprint and benefits from a dedicated case sized to its specific length and balance. The foam supports the lens across multiple contact points and keeps the load away from the mount.Designed and foamed in North Hollywood by Innerspace Cases.
