Custom Pelican 1620 build for the Fujinon HZK 25-1000mm Premier 4K zoom — the long-format broadcast-cine zoom that requires its own dedicated bracket case because of the rear bracket assembly, the long barrel, and the rear-element protrusion. The 1620 is the right Pelican footprint for the lens-plus-bracket combo without going to the wheeled 1650.Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam contoured to the HZK's barrel with a deep pocket at the front element, rebate cuts for the zoom bracket, and a rear-mount pocket sized for the PL rear cap and the bracket interface. Lid foam is convoluted with a velour-faced contact layer so the focus, zoom, and iris rings stay marker-clean. Compatible with the lens shipped built up with its support brackets attached.Designed and manufactured at 11555 Cantara Street, North Hollywood.
