Three IronGlass Mk II rehoused primes — 35mm, 58mm, and 85mm — drop into CNC-cut foam wells keyed to the rehoused barrels. Each position is mapped to the lens body diameter and the gear ring spacing; rear-cap clearance ensures the PL mount seats without forcing. The Pelican Protector shell brings the gasketed lid, automatic pressure valve, and copolymer impact body for stage, truck, and air travel. An accessory layer handles front caps, gear sets, or a paired follow-focus motor.Manufactured at our North Hollywood workshop by Innerspace Cases. To add focal lengths or build for a full Mk II set, call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
