Pelican case configured for three Iron Glass MkII rehoused cine primes — the 35mm, 58mm and 85mm focal lengths. CNC-cut foam wells are sized to the MkII Soviet-rehouse housings with rear cap on and relieved pockets at the focus and iris rings so the gear positions stay set between shoots.

The MkII is heavier than the donor Soviet glass, so the foam grip is tuned to the rehouse weight without pinching the focus throw. ATA-rated Pelican shell with recessed latches, watertight gasket, and automatic pressure-equalization valve.

Foam cut and assembled at our North Hollywood workshop. Call 818-767-3030 to spec a build that expands to a 6- or 8-lens MkII set.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
