NEO AO (New Optics, Ancient Optics) is a specialty anamorphic rehouse line — vintage anamorphic projection optics rebuilt into modern PL-mount cine housings with matched gearing and consistent front diameter. The NEO AO character is distinctive: heavier anamorphic flare and oval bokeh than modern Cooke or Atlas anamorphics, with a deliberately vintage look. This case carries a NEO AO anamorphic prime set.The CNC-cut foam interior profiles each NEO AO rehoused barrel to the standardized housing dimensions. Cutouts are arranged for compact loading with each lens oriented for fast PL-mount-up deployment.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and a soft-grip carry handle. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the NEO AO barrel.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. Specify the focal length set at order — typical NEO AO kits range from 3 to 6 lenses. Call 818-767-3030 to confirm layout.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
