The TLS NEO Super Baltar Primes (7 Vertical + AKS) ships in a custom ATA flight case built and foamed to its exact footprint by Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood, California. CNC-cut polyethylene foam cradles the optical block, focus and iris gears, and PL or EF mount from impact and pressure, holding everything in place over road and air freight.
An ATA-300 rated shell - plywood with laminate exterior, steel valances, and recessed hardware - stands up to the 100-plus round trips of working rental and production travel. Exterior dimensions are about 27.5 x 15.25 x 14.25 in, ships at about 25 lb. Made in the USA.
