A Pelican 1450 shell with CNC-cut foam in a two-position horizontal layout for Tribe7 Blackwing7 primes. The Pelican 1450 is one of the smallest hard cases in the Pelican line, and the two-position layout is sized for an AC's daily pull-set — the two focal lengths the script demands for a specific day, taken off the master case and carried to set in a minimal-footprint shell. CNC-cut wells are contoured to the standardized Blackwing7 barrel with LPL rear-cap clearance preserved.
Pelican 1450 features: retractable handle, two-wheel cart roll, automatic pressure-equalization valve, recessed dish latches, and stainless hardware. Closed-cell foam doesn't shed onto the optical surfaces or into the iris mechanism. The compact size makes this the case for the focus puller who's working off a cart or moving between stages within a complex.
