Built for the Zero Optik rehouse of the classic Olympus OM primes — a lens set that's been getting a second life on cine sets thanks to Zero Optik's PL-mount conversions and matched focus gearing. This case is sized to carry four of those primes loaded vertically, with a dedicated cutout for the larger 180mm that doesn't fit alongside the shorter focal lengths.CNC-cut closed-cell foam profiles each lens to its exact diameter and length, so the rehoused barrels don't shift or wear against neighboring glass in transit. Vertical loading is intentional: it cuts the case footprint roughly in half compared to a horizontal layout, which matters when a camera assistant is stacking five cases into a Sprinter for a location move. The shell is ATA 300 Category 1 — the spec freight carriers actually inspect against — with recessed ball-corner latches, a soft-grip carry handle, and a pressure-equalization valve. Foam is true CNC-cut polyethylene, not the die-cut alternative that loses its shape after a few dozen lens swaps.Designed and built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time is 14–21 business days from order confirmation. If your Zero Optik kit includes additional focal lengths or accessory mounts you'd like cutouts for, call 818-767-3030 before ordering and we'll redraw the foam profile.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
