A custom transport case for the ARRI SkyPanel system — built around the S30, S60, or S120 head depending on which fixture your shop runs. The head sits face-down in a contoured CNC-cut foam well that supports the full diffusion face and isolates it from any direct foam contact. The yoke can ship installed or in a dedicated adjacent well. The ballast / control unit (S60 has it integrated, S120 has it remote) gets its own well that leaves the touchscreen face protected.Adjacent wells carry the snap-bag, the intensifier panels, the chimera or honeycomb diffusion, the 5-pin XLR DMX leads, the AC and DC power cables, and the included antenna for wireless DMX. Cabinet ATA 300 shell or oversized Pelican-class shell depending on the kit content — retractable handle, four-wheel cart roll, recessed dish latches, automatic pressure-equalization valve, and stainless hardware.Designed and manufactured in our North Hollywood, CA workshop at 11555 Cantara Street. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
