The ARRI SkyPanel X23 is the three-module build of the X system — three X21 modules joined into a long 3x1 soft key with combined output. It is the panel that does studio interiors, car-process plates and tabletop wraps where a single X21 has not got the spread, and this ATA case protects the whole package for a fraction of the fixture's value.
A modular fixture is only worth what arrives complete. CNC-cut foam carries each X21 module in its own cavity with the emitter face relieved so nothing bears on the optic, and gives the yoke, the HyperOptic or dome, the adapters, the power supplies and the cabling their own fitted wells. That count-at-a-glance layout means a gaffer or rental desk sees at a glance whether all three modules and every accessory came back before the case is signed in — on an X-system panel, one missing module is the difference between a 3x1 key and a bare X21.
An ATA-grade case is also what makes a freight claim winnable — carriers deny damage claims on self-packed equipment, while an ATA case makes the shipment insurable and the claim defensible. Built to order and foamed in North Hollywood by Innerspace Cases; the foam is cut to your exact fixture and accessory chain — tell us your package and we cut the wells to match.

Fit & shipping FAQ
What fits inside?
As built, three X21 modules each in their own cavity with the emitter faces relieved, plus fitted wells for the yoke, HyperOptic or dome, S60 adapters, power supplies, and cabling.
Can it be built for an X21 or X22 instead?
Yes — the X system is modular and so are the cases. We build single-X21 cases, two-module X22 layouts, three-module X23, and multi-fixture cases carrying three X21s together. Tell us the configuration on the quote.
Are the emitter faces protected?
Each module seats with the emitter face fully relieved against soft, low-abrasion polyethylene and suspended away from the case walls, so no load ever transfers to the optic or the diffusion.
Will it survive a grip truck and a wet location?
That's what it's built for. The fixture is carried on multiple contact points across the module body rather than resting on the optic. The shell seals against weather and road dust, the corners take the stacking loads, and recessed hardware means nothing snags when it's slid in beside the rest of the package.
What's the lead time, and can you rush it?
Every case is built to order and ships in about 14–21 business days. Rush production is available as a premium by quote when a deadline is tight — tell us your date and we'll price it.
