K5600 Joker HMI heads ship with a kit of beam-shaping reflectors — narrow spot, medium, wide flood, and the specialty reflectors that change the beam pattern for specific lighting effects. The reflectors are polished aluminum, scratch-prone, and prone to dent if they stack against each other in transit. This case is built to carry the standard K5600 reflector set with CNC-cut foam separating each piece. The foam interior has dedicated cutouts for each reflector in the standard K5600 set, sized to the specific reflector diameter and depth. The cutouts are oriented so reflectors load from the top — important because the reflectors are easier to grab from above than to slide out laterally. Edge support on each cutout prevents reflector-on-reflector contact.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and a soft-grip carry handle. The closed-cell polyethylene foam holds the cutout shape across hundreds of insertion cycles without compressing against the reflector edges.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. For matched cases that include K5600 scrim sets, gel frames, or the AC ballast, call 818-767-3030 to expand the layout.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
