Two Profoto D2 1000Ws AirTTL monolights sit side-by-side in CNC-cut foam wells. Each well is shaped to the D2 chassis with separate clearance for the modeling lamp and flash tube, and the Profoto modifier mount sits in a fitted recess so the bayonet locking ring is supported during transit. An accessory layer carries the power cables, sync cables, and Profoto Air remote. The SKB 2011-7 injection-molded shell brings the gasketed lid, automatic purge valve, and impact-resistant molded body for working photo studio and location use. Foam density is tuned to the head's weight so the modeling lamp glass isn't loaded through the chassis in transit.Designed and built by Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood, California. Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
