ATA flight case for the Prolycht Orion 675 FS — the 675W full-spectrum LED COB that's become a working soft-key option for stage interiors and beauty work. The Orion 675 FS ships as a head + ballast + reflector system with an umbilical between head and ballast, and the case is built around that workflow.Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam with a contoured head well, a separate ballast well with airflow clearance, a reflector pocket sized to the standard reflector (with room for an alternate dome diffuser if specified), and a cable compartment for the head-to-ballast umbilical, the input cord, and the DMX cable. Lid foam is convoluted with a velour-faced contact layer protecting the COB face.Built at 11555 Cantara Street, North Hollywood. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
