The LMD-A240 is the LCD that lives on a director's video village cart and on rental-house DIT carts — full HD, 10-bit, professional I/O — and it absolutely does not survive being thrown in a generic monitor case. This one is foamed to the actual chassis dimensions, with a recessed pocket for the yoke handles and a clearance channel at the rear so HDMI, SDI, and reference cables can stay seated if you ship it pre-rigged.Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam with a velour-faced contact layer over the screen face — no foam dust on the panel, no pressure marks. Shell is ATA-300 hard side with reinforced corners. The case ships with a lid layer that lifts off cleanly so the monitor can be powered up without removing it from the case if needed for a quick test.Designed and built at 11555 Cantara Street, North Hollywood.
