The Preston FI+Z HU3 Deluxe is the wireless focus/iris/zoom hand unit used by virtually every modern camera assistant — the reference system for wireless lens control on commercial and narrative work. The HU3 Deluxe is precision wireless hardware and the included accessory kit travels with it as a working system.The CNC-cut foam interior holds the HU3 Deluxe in its operating orientation with the LCD face protected and the focus, iris, and zoom rings cradled in foam that doesn't compress against them. Accessory cutouts hold the antennas, the AC charging adapter, the cable kit, and the small consumables (marking discs, hex keys) that ship with the system.Shell is ATA 300 Category 1 with recessed ball-corner latches, pressure-equalization valve, and a soft-grip carry handle. Closed-cell polyethylene foam CNC-cut to the HU3 body.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days.
