A Pelican 1600 shell custom-foamed for the Cartoni Lambda 50 fluid head. The CNC-cut foam interior cradles the head body in a contoured pocket sized to its specific geometry, with separate fitted wells for the pan bar, baseplate, sliding plate, and tie-down hardware.The Lambda 50 is a heavy 100mm-ball fluid head — the tilt and pan mechanisms don't tolerate impact loads through the case wall, so the foam layout spreads support away from the bearings. The 1600's footprint with wheels and a pull handle makes the case manageable solo between trucks, stages, and locations.Designed and foamed in North Hollywood by Innerspace Cases.
