A Pelican 1600 shell custom-foamed for an HME MB100 base station and DX100 wireless intercom kit. The CNC-cut foam interior holds the base station in a contoured pocket, with separate fitted wells for beltpacks, headsets, antennas, chargers, and the cabling that the kit travels with.Comms gear lives in transit cases its whole working life and gets handled hard by production sound and crew — the foam layout is built to keep components from migrating into each other, and to keep antennas and connectors from taking impact through the case wall.Designed and foamed in North Hollywood by Innerspace Cases. Matched cases for additional HME components or larger station builds available — call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
