A custom wheeled case for an HME DX100 wireless intercom kit. The CNC-cut foam interior carries two DX100 base stations in contoured cradles, with separate fitted wells for ten beltpacks, two chargers, two large headsets, fifteen in-ear headphones for the beltpacks, and the accessories the kit travels with. A drop-down lid with Velcro straps in the lid, plus wheels and a pull-out handle, round out the build.The DX100 is a long-standing production comms kit and gets handled hard by sound and crew — the foam layout keeps components from migrating into each other and keeps antennas and connectors from taking impact through the case wall. Multi-channel kit layouts pack consistently so the sound mixer can find a specific beltpack or headset on the first try.Designed and foamed in North Hollywood by Innerspace Cases.
