ATA flight case for an HME wireless intercom kit — six WH220 headsets, an AC50 charging cradle, and a DX2000 base station. This is the working AD-and-camera-department intercom pack-out for stage productions, AC chains, and stadium broadcast IFB applications. The case is built so the headsets nest cleanly into the charging-cradle pockets without forcing the AC to disassemble the kit between days.Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam with six WH220 headset wells (sized to the boom-mic-folded geometry), an AC50 well with airflow clearance over the charging contacts, a DX2000 base station pocket with antenna clearance and DC-input access, and a cable compartment for the charging cord and DC input. Lid foam is convoluted with a velour-faced contact layer that protects the headset ear-cup foam from contact wear.Built at 11555 Cantara Street, North Hollywood. For a larger HME build (12 or 24 WH220), a different base station (DX410), or a matching beltpack outrigger, call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
