A custom shipping case for a SpaceX Starlink circular dish (original round Starlink form factor). The CNC-cut foam interior cradles the dish face-down in a contoured pocket, with separate fitted wells for the kickstand / mounting hardware, AC power supply, Ethernet cabling, and the router that travels with the kit.
Production Starlink deployments need protected transit between remote locations — the round Starlink dish has a curved array face that doesn't tolerate impact loads, and the kickstand mechanism is fragile. The foam keeps the array face protected and keeps the kickstand from migrating into the dish in transit.
