The CNC-cut foam interior cradles the dish face-down in a contoured pocket, with separate fitted wells for the kickstand / mounting hardware, AC power supply, Ethernet cabling, and the router that travels with the kit.Production Starlink deployments need protected transit between remote locations — the round Starlink dish has a curved array face that doesn't tolerate impact loads, and the kickstand mechanism is fragile.
