A Pelican 1615 shell with CNC-cut foam configured for the ARRI Trinity 2 stabilizer — the hybrid mechanical/electronic camera stabilization system ARRI builds for operators who want the responsiveness of a Steadicam with the smoothness of a 3-axis gimbal. The CNC-cut interior treats the Trinity 2 as a multi-piece kit: the gimbal head, the post, the arm, the vest interface, the electronics package, and the operator's accessories each get their own contoured well. The Pelican 1615 is sized for airline-checked-baggage compliance and the well layout takes advantage of every cubic inch. Retractable handle, two-wheel cart roll, automatic pressure-equalization valve, recessed dish latches, and stainless hardware. Closed-cell foam doesn't shed into the gimbal motors or the joystick mechanism. Labelled for fast assembly when the operator goes from truck to set.Designed and CNC-cut at 11555 Cantara Street in our North Hollywood, California workshop. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
