Pelican 1780 build with custom foam for the ARRI Trinity 2 hybrid stabilizer. The Trinity 2 is a Steadicam-class rig that breaks down into a gimbal head, a yaw stage, the post, and the brain — plus brackets, cables, and counterweight discs. The case is foamed for the actual breakdown layout the operator ships in, with the head and brain in their own wells and the smaller hardware grouped by category instead of scattered in a single pluck-foam grid.Interior is CNC-cut HDPE foam, velour-faced lid layer, with finger-pulls on the larger wells and labeled pockets for the small parts. The Pelican 1780 shell is the long-throw transport case Pelican rates for travel — wheels, telescoping handle, IP67, automatic pressure equalization.Built in North Hollywood at 11555 Cantara Street. To add a Trinity 1 sister case or to spec a hardshell vest-and-arm case, call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
