A custom case for the Upgrade Innovations Whaley Rail II in the INOVATIV Voyager 36 configuration — the rail-mount add-on that turns the Voyager 36 cart into a video village or AC workstation. CNC-cut foam wells contour around the rail tubes (with end-cap protection so the threads aren't damaged in transit), the mount-block hardware, the Magic Arms or NOGA arms that bolt to it, and the hex-key kit needed to assemble and adjust.Pelican-class rolling shell with retractable handle, recessed dish latches, automatic pressure-equalization valve, and stainless hardware. Adjacent wells can be cut for the lateral arms, the cheese-plates, the camera or monitor mounts the rail will hold once installed, and a printed install diagram if helpful. Labelled for fast call-and-pull when the cart goes on or off a truck.Designed and CNC-cut at our Cantara Street workshop in North Hollywood, California. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
