Pelican 1535 Air case configured with CNC-cut foam for four Anton/Bauer Dionic XT V-mount batteries, the matching multi-bay charger, and a power cable. Each battery has its own foam well dimensioned to the Dionic XT chassis with relief at the V-mount contacts so the batteries do not chafe against foam during handling.

The charger well is sized to the four-bay simultaneous charger with the battery-mount channels facing up so the kit can be plugged in and charging while inside the open case. Cable pocket stows the AC cord and a D-tap-to-power-output cable. The 1535 Air is the right shape for a carry-on battery brick pack-out - HPX2 resin, watertight, recessed twist latches, extending tow handle.

Foam designed and CNC-cut at Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood. Call 818-767-3030 to spec a 6- or 8-battery variant or to switch to a Gold Mount profile.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
