Custom ATA shipping case for four Anton/Bauer Dionic 26V 240Wh batteries. CNC-cut foam wells seat each cell upright with the gold-mount tabs protected against the lid foam and breakaway clearance so a working AC can pull or swap a cell without unloading the rest of the case.
Built for the lithium-ion shipping cycle that production carries every day — injection-molded shell with recessed latches and watertight gasket. UN3480 packaging compliance and labeling are the shipper's responsibility; the case provides the structural protection but not the regulatory certification on the cells.
