A Pelican Storm iM2500 shell with CNC-cut foam configured as a carry-on transport for the ARRI Alexa 35 Super 35 cinema camera body. The iM2500 is sized to fit most airline overhead bins, and the CNC-cut interior is contoured around the Alexa 35 body chassis, the LPL mount, the right-side button cluster, and the rear EVF connector. The well leaves clearance for the mount cap and the side-mount media bay door so neither loads during transit.
Adjacent wells in the base layer carry the LPL-to-PL adapter, the supplied tools, a couple of Codex SXR Capture Drives in their cradles, and a microfiber cloth. Top layer can be cut for the MVF-2 viewfinder, the rosette handle, the shoulder pad, or whatever rides in the carry-on package. Pelican Storm iM2500 features: press-and-pull latches, automatic pressure-equalization valve, and an over-molded soft-grip handle.
