The Sony Venice 2 is the flagship Sony cinema camera — full-frame 8.6K sensor, dual-base ISO, and the kind of color science that's earned it A-camera billing on commercial and narrative shoots. This case is built on a Pelican 1637 base with CNC-cut foam for the Venice 2 body plus the standard accessory kit.The foam interior holds the Venice 2 in shooting orientation with cutouts for the rear control panel, the PL/E-mount end, and the V-Mount battery plate. Accessory cutouts accommodate the X-OCN media card holder, the working cable kit, and the Sony BVF eyepiece (when not mounted to the body). The cutouts let the camera deploy as a working configuration at the next location.The Pelican 1637 shell is ATA 300 Category 1, IP67 waterproof, with pressure-equalization valve, recessed twist latches, built-in wheels, and an extending handle for airport transport.Built in our North Hollywood workshop.
