Custom-routed foam locks down the optical block, focus and iris gears, and PL or EF mount from impact and pressure so nothing shifts in handling.
The ATA-300 Category 1 shell pairs a plywood core with laminate skins, recessed twist latches, and tongue-and-groove lid sealing for repeated airline and freight use. Exterior dimensions are about 14 x 14 x 14 in, ships at about 28 lb. Made in the USA.
