Pelican 1507 Air case fitted with CNC-cut foam for the GL Optics rehoused Voigtlander 36-82mm cine zoom. The well is dimensioned to the rehoused barrel with relief at the zoom and focus rings; gears are not pressed by the foam at any focus or zoom position. Front cap and rear PL cap each have a dedicated pocket so the lens stows capped without loose hardware floating in the lid.
The 1507 Air is the right size for a single mid-format zoom carry-on - lightweight HPX2 resin shell, automatic pressure-equalization valve, watertight O-ring, and TSA-approved padlock points. Lid foam captures the lens around the rear element seat so the optic does not shift under air handling.
Foam designed and CNC-cut at Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood. Call 818-767-3030 to spec a paired ATA flight case or a 2-up version for the 36-82 plus a second zoom.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
