A custom kit case for the LiteGear Auroris with the V-head configuration — the V-shaped LED fixture, the yoke, the ballast / driver, and the cable run all live in one CNC-cut layout. The optical face of the V-head sits in a contoured well that distributes weight evenly and keeps the diffusion surface from foam-on-LED contact during trucking. The ballast gets a separate well so the cable doesn't take a hard bend at the strain relief.Accessory wells for the yoke knobs, spare diffusion panels, the C-stand pin or junior receiver, the AC power cable, and a four-bank or 2K equivalent kit of clamps. Pelican-class rolling shell with retractable handle, recessed dish latches, automatic pressure-equalization valve, and stainless hardware. Foam is closed-cell so it doesn't break down or shed onto LED diffusion over a long tour.Designed and built at our Cantara Street shop in North Hollywood, California. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
