The Video Assist 7″ and 5″ 12G HDR, carried face-protected in a contoured CNC-cut pocket with the battery plate, AC supply, SDI/HDMI cabling, SSD media and mounting hardware in their own wells. Foam is cut to the monitor the way it travels — bare, on its cage or bracket, or packed with a third-party sun hood — and quoted to order in North Hollywood.

What the foam is cut to

A bare Video Assist, one that stays on its cage, and one that travels with a sun hood are three different pockets; Blackmagic does not sell a hood, so a third-party hood gets its own pocket rather than pressing on the screen.
