A 2-rack-unit touring fly rack case for the kind of small-footprint gear that runs in the back of a comms rack — audio processors, network switches, IFB transmitters, RF receivers, small server appliances. The small rack frame fits inside a Pelican Air 1637 injection-molded shell, so it is built for repeated load-in and load-out, not for one-time freight.Interior frame is a standard 19-inch rack with 2 rack units of vertical space, threaded for 10-32 rack screws. The interior is sized to leave enough room behind the rack rail for cable routing without crushing on rear lid close. The outer shell is the Pelican Air 1637 — a lightweight, watertight molded shell with a pressure-equalization valve and latches that won't pop during stage handling.Built in our North Hollywood workshop. Lead time 14–21 business days. For a matched case with casters, recessed handles, or a different rack count, call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
