The Approach
CNC-foamed to your build — or built from the ground up
Every Innerspace camera case is cut to your build — body shell, viewfinder, top handle, rosette accessories, V-mount or Gold-mount battery wells, XQD/CFexpress/SXS media compartments, and the cables that actually travel with the kit.
The foam holds the camera in working orientation, so prep on set is fast: open the lid, lift, mount lens, roll — no re-rigging. Off-the-shelf foam accommodates none of that, which is why the most valuable piece in the kit is the one that most needs a purpose-built interior.
When a molded shell is the right answer, we CNC-cut foam for Pelican, Storm, HPRC, and SKB across three material families — polyethylene, polyurethane, and Plastazote — selected for density and recovery rather than price.
And when it isn't, we build the case itself. Innerspace ATA 300 flight and road cases are fabricated in our North Hollywood shop to the dimensions your kit actually needs — tongue-and-groove lids, recessed twist latches, rolling wheels, tow handles, and rigging hardware — the construction standard rental houses spec for airline and tour handling.
