Custom ATA shipping case configured for the Angenieux Optimo 42-420mm A2S zoom with dedicated bays for a 17-inch ARRI-standard dovetail bridgeplate and a pair of 17-inch 19mm support rods. The 42-420 is a long, heavy box-style zoom; its well is contoured to the rear PL mount and the integrated lens-foot tripod plate with relief at the focus, zoom, and iris ring positions so gears stay clear.
The dovetail bay captures the plate at the locating pin and captive thumbscrews; the rod bay clamps a 17-inch pair side by side. The pack-out makes the case the unit-of-work for the support build that travels with the lens. Injection-molded shell — IP67 watertight and crushproof, with recessed latches and an automatic pressure-equalization valve.
Designed and CNC-cut at Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood. Call 818-767-3030 to add a zoom-motor well or to spec a wheeled long-format variant for shoulder-to-shoulder loading.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
