A custom case for a pair (or pairs) of David Clark headphones. The CNC-cut foam interior cradles the headset in a contoured well that matches the headband and earcup geometry, with separate pockets for the mic boom, coiled cable, and any plug adapters or accessories.David Clark headsets are durable but the cans and headband do take damage from rolling around loose in a kit case — the foam cradle keeps both earcups face-protected and keeps the headband shape consistent over time.Designed and foamed in North Hollywood by Innerspace Cases. Multi-headset cases or matched cases for other aviation / production comms gear can be spec'd to the same standard — call 818-767-3030.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
