Custom ATA case configured as a working-set headphone charging station. Foam wells are cut to the headphone earcup pair, the headband, and the inline cable so each unit drops into its dedicated bay. A pass-through cable channel routes the USB-C charge leads from a centralized power strip well to each headphone position; the case ships as a single power-in unit with no loose dongles to drop on set.
The ATA shell is a plywood + ABS laminate ATA 300 Category 1 build with steel ball corners, recessed butterfly latches, edge-mounted spring handles, and full aluminum extrusion edging. The case becomes the audio-department's set kit - one pack-out for video village headphones that hands out fully charged units between camera setups.
