Custom ATA case configured as a working-set headphone charging station. Foam wells are cut to the headphone earcup pair, the headband, and the inline cable so each unit drops into its dedicated bay. A pass-through cable channel routes the USB-C charge leads from a centralized power strip well to each headphone position; the case ships as a single power-in unit with no loose dongles to drop on set.

The shell is injection-molded build. The case becomes the audio-department's set kit - one pack-out for video village headphones that hands out fully charged units between camera setups.

Designed and CNC-cut at Innerspace Cases in North Hollywood. Call 818-767-3030 to spec a specific headphone model count (Sony 7506, Sennheiser HD25, Apple AirPods Max) or to add an inline UPS for power-loss protection.

Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
