A custom rack case built to a specific rack-unit count and rack depth for your shop's electronics — AV gear, audio mixers, broadcast switchers, video routers, lighting controllers, RF distribution, or any 19" rack-mount hardware that needs to ship between locations. The rack rails are bolted into a riveted aluminum frame with a fixed front depth and an optional rear rack rail for shock-mounted gear or deeper modules.Lid options: front-only removable for desktop / cart deployment, front-and-rear removable for full-access service, or hinged-lid for road-style use. ATA 300 outer construction: 3/8" Baltic birch plywood, recessed butterfly latches, spring-loaded handles, stacking casters with locking fronts. Cable management built into the rear sidewall so power and signal can route in and out cleanly. Foam-padded lid interior so closed-rack components don't load against the case during transit.Designed and built in our North Hollywood, CA workshop. Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
