A fabricated ATA monitor case is built by Innerspace from scratch to exterior dimensions we choose, in ATA-style construction, around a display that no stock shell fits well. This is the route for large reference monitors, multi-monitor packages, rolling systems and anything that ships freight repeatedly.
Choose fabricated when any of these are true: the display is larger than roughly 24 inches; the package is heavy enough that you want wheels; you are carrying two or more monitors together; a yoke, stand or bracket stays attached; the accessory package is large; the case ships freight rather than flying with a person; you need a specific exterior dimension; or you are standardizing a fleet and want every case identical and repairable.
