A Pelican 1610 shell with a 2RU half-rack bay built into the lid side and CNC-cut foam in the base for wireless mic kit components. The 2RU bay accepts standard half-rack wireless receivers (Lectrosonics Venue, Sound Devices A20-RX, Wisycom MCR-54, etc.) bolted into the rack rails, with cable management so the antenna leads and power lines route cleanly out the case wall. The base-layer foam is contoured for the wireless transmitter packs (typically four to eight bodypacks depending on which system), the lavalier microphones in their own protected pockets, antenna distribution amplifier, AAA / lithium battery storage, and the supplied accessory kit. Pelican 1610 features: retractable handle, two-wheel cart roll, automatic pressure-equalization valve, recessed dish latches, and stainless hardware. Foam color contrast keeps the mic channel IDs legible in low light. Designed and CNC-cut in our North Hollywood, CA workshop. Call 818-767-3030 to spec the rack and wireless layout.

Will this fit my setup?
Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.
Got it — we’re checking your package.
We have your configuration and the exact build you were looking at. You’ll hear back with a fit confirmation or the modification we’d recommend.
My setup is different
Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.
I need several
Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
