A Pelican 1637 set up to carry two 2U racks stacked inside. The foam frames each rack so the face panels and rear connectors are protected, holding the units stable so they can't shift onto each other in transit. Cable service loops sit in their own relieved channel.
The 1637 cube gives the depth for a two-rack stack and the wheels for moving the weight. CNC-cut foam, designed and built in our North Hollywood shop at 11555 Cantara Street, Unit I. Call 818-767-3030 to spec rack-rail mounting or a shock-mounted layout.
