Fits every Mac Studio chassis, 2022 through 2026 — M1 Ultra, M2 Max/Ultra, M3 Ultra, M4 Max, M5 Max, M5 Ultra. The box did not change. The chip did. Mac Studio M5 Max from $2,499 and M5 Ultra from $5,499 ship 22 September 2026; the same well fits them.
Each Mac Studio drops into its own contoured well, isolated from the other, vents shielded and ports reachable, with pockets for power cables, Thunderbolt cabling, and adapters. The 1510 rolls on built-in wheels and is sized to airline carry-on limits, so two machines travel with you instead of disappearing into cargo.

Does it really hold two Mac Studios?
Yes — two Mac Studios — any chip, M1 Ultra through M5 Ultra — each in its own CNC-cut foam well with cable pockets. The chassis is the same for every chip, so no re-cut is needed for a newer machine; adding a dock or drives? Tell us on the quote and we cut the pockets.
Is it carry-on sized?
The Pelican 1510 is built to common airline carry-on limits and rolls on built-in wheels — confirm against your specific airline. It’s equally rated as checked baggage.
Is the shell waterproof?
Yes — the 1510 is IP67 watertight and crushproof with a purge valve. Our foam provides the impact isolation for the machines inside.
What’s the lead time, and can you rush it?
Every case is built to order and ships in about 14–21 business days. Rush production is available as a premium by quote when a deadline is tight — tell us your date and we’ll price it.
